What if I have more stuff than I booked?
Your crew does a quick walkthrough before starting. If there's more than you booked, they show you the price change using the same menu you saw online, and you approve it before anything moves.
How do I pay?
By card, after the move is done. No deposit to book.
Can I change or cancel?
Do you pack?
Not right now. Moving packed apartments is how we keep the price low. Have your boxes packed and taped before the crew arrives.
What does "standard furniture" mean?
About what a typical apartment that size has. For a 1 bedroom: a bed, dresser, couch, TV stand, small table and around 15–25 boxes. If you've got a lot more, pick "More than most" or "A lot" on the first step.
Will you take my TV off the wall?
Yes. Add it as an item to take apart. We don't hang TVs at the new place.
Do I tip?
Totally optional. If you do, 100% goes to your crew.
Why are you so much cheaper?
